Gathering System Information for Windows 8 and Windows 10
How do I run the system information batch file on my Windows 8 or Windows 10 system?
systeThe Systems Info batch file will gather your system hardware information, running processes, and installed applications into the following 3 text files which can be sent to SanDisk Customer Care for reviewing some problems.
- processes.txt
- software_list.txt
- sysinfo.txt
Instructions:
Download the systeminfo.zip file to your downloads folder.
Right click the systeminfo.zip and select Extract All
Click Extract
Next double click the systeminfo.bat file
You will see the following notification. Click More Info
Click Run Anyway
Attach the 3 log files generated by the systeminfo.bat file to your support request
