Connecting to the Media Drive via web access
1. How do I connect to the Media Drive using a web browser from my computer?
On Media Drives running firmware version 2.9 and above, you can access the Media Drive from your browser. Here are the steps (also shown in the Quick Start Guide)
1. On your Computer, go to Network Settings and then to Wi-Fi Settings
2. If your Media Drive is ON, you should see the drive’s Wi-Fi network name (default name is SanDisk Media XXXX)
3. Click on this network and connect to this network
4. Open one of the supported web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari)
5. Type in mediadrive.sandisk.com or 192.168.11.1
6. Use the IP address if your computer is connected to both a wired and wireless network
7. You are now connected to the Media Drive wirelessly from your browser
