NOTE: The firmware updates will not make any changes to your content on the iXpand. SanDisk recommends that you back up your content before performing the update.
Using a Windows PC:
1. Download the iXpand USB 3.0 Update Tool for Windows PC
2. Connect the iXpand USB 3.0 to your computer and run the tool.
3. The tool will recognize the iXpand USB 3.0.
4. Follow the wizard to complete the firmware update.
