iXpand Mini Firmware Update Tool for PC
SanDisk actively and periodically updates the capabilities, functionality, and reliability of the firmware. For an optimal experience with your iXpand Mini, SanDisk recommends that you update your firmware with each new release. It’s fast, easy, and free!
NOTE: The firmware update will not make any changes to your content on the iXpand. However SanDisk recommends backing up your content prior to performing the update.
Using a Windows PC:
- Download the iXpand Mini Update Tool for Windows PC
- Plug the iXpand Mini into your computer and run the tool.
- The tool will recognize the iXpand Mini.
- Follow the wizard to complete the firmware update.
