There might be an intermittent issue where iXpand devices may not be recognized by the iXpand app after updating to iOS 10.0.1/10.1.1. This issue may affect any iXpand device.
Solution
1. Power cycle (turn off and then back on) your iOS device
2. Reconnect iXpand, and the iXpand device should now be detected by the iXpand app
