Below are steps on how to view or change your device's USB mode:

STEP 1 - Navigate to "USB Mode" setting
Sansa Fuze | Sansa Clip+ | Clip Zip
- From the Main Menu, select Settings > System Settings > USB Mode. 

Sansa View
- From the Main Menu, select More > Settings/Options > System Settings > USB Mode. 

Sansa Fuze+ | Clip | c200v1 | e200v1 series | e200v2 series | e200R
- From the Main Menu, select Settings > USB Mode.

Sansa m200
- From the Main Menu, select Settings > USB


STEP 2 -  Select either "Auto Detect", "MTP" or "MSC"
e200R - PlayforSure is MTP and Rhapsody is MSC

NOTE: The USB mode is not selectable on the following players:
- Sansa View (FW 1.03.XX and below)
- Sansa e200v2 (FW 03.01.14 and below)
- Sansa Clip (FW 1.01.11 and below). 

The USB Mode setting can be enabled on these players using the latest firmware. See answer ID 156 on how to update the firmware.

The Sansa c200v2 defaults to MTP. See answer ID 61 to force MSC mode.
