Ixpand Wireless Charger Sync Deleted files are still showing in the App

Thumbnails of files that were deleted from iXpand Wireless Charger are still showing in iXpand Wireless Charger App.


The reason for this is that the files were deleted on a PC or a Mac and the content listing did not get updated on the iXpand Wireless Charger App.


Use this feature to clear the cache for the iXpand Wireless Charger App.

  1. Access the iXpand Charger App
  2. Tap the two-line menu icon in the upper left-hand corner
  3. Tap the About option. This will open the About screen
  4. Tap the Clear Cache option. This will immediately begin the process and return you to the Activity screen. This process make take a few seconds to complete
