Ixpand Wireless Charger Sync App fails to find the device during the setup

iXpand Wireless Charger App fails to find the device during the setup


The reason for this is that the phone is connected to a public network that requires a log-in credential or a certificate


iXpand Wireless Charger does not support captive portal type of access point. Please disconnect the phone from the network, reset the iXpand Wireless Charger using the reset button, and then connect the phone directly to iXpand Wireless Charger to complete the setup
