PrivateAccess Repair Vault Feature
The Vault Repair feature in PrivateAccess will rebuild the Vault index file which can correct some problems with files not showing properly in the Vault.
Note: Vault repair feature will not recover files that have been deleted in the Vault folder.
Step 1: Login to Private and select the Go Home button.
Step 2: Right Click on the Vault and Select Properties.
Step 3: Click on Repair Vault button
Let the the process run until completed and click OK.
