If the iXpand Wireless Charger shows connection issues, please check for these possible causes / solutions:
- Ensure that your mobile device has the Wi-Fi connection enabled and is connected to your router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection rather than the 5GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- Ensure that your mobile device has the Blue tooth connection enabled and not connected to any other device.
- After making these changes, please close and re-launch the iXpand Wireless Charger app.
- It may be necessary to reboot the charger and your router.
