iXpand Wireless Charger Sync Cannot Connect
Possible connection issues and solutions

If the iXpand Wireless Charger shows connection issues, please check for these possible causes / solutions:


  • Ensure that your mobile device has the Wi-Fi connection enabled and is connected to your router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection rather than the 5GHz Wi-Fi connection.

  • Ensure that your mobile device has the Blue tooth connection enabled and not connected to any other device.

  • After making these changes, please close and re-launch the iXpand Wireless Charger app.

  • It may be necessary to reboot the charger and your router.
