Charging the Sansa battery for the first time
How long does it take to charge the SanDisk MP3 player's battery for the first time?
Charge your SanDisk MP3 player for approximately 3 hours prior to first use.
You can charge your Sansa through the USB port of your computer, a car adapter (NOT included) USB port, or AC adapter (NOT included) USB port.
These accessories are available on our online store.
NOTE: Upon first time use, it is recommended to condition the battery to maximize the useful life. The player SHOULD be fully charged and then fully discharged before recharging. Repeat this cycle for the first 3-5 times you charge the player.
